What is Emotional Release Therapy?

In my Karma Release™ sessions, we work with you to remember past experiences of any associated people and circumstances.

I then use blended techniques to unlock blocks and memories stored in the physical body on a cellular level that can unblock wellness and happiness.

Vedic astrology offers us a map out of our karmic suffering. Learning and exploring your birth chart will help us identify your inner saboteur and the strengths and weaknesses of each of your 12 houses in the zodiac.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda, an ancient system of medicine originating in India, is a holistic approach to health that dates back thousands of years. The term “Ayurveda” is derived from the Sanskrit words “ayur,” meaning life, and “veda,” meaning knowledge or science. In essence, Ayurveda is the science of life, offering a comprehensive understanding of the interconnectedness between the body, mind, and spirit. It is based on the belief that balance and harmony within the body’s fundamental energies, known as doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), are crucial for maintaining good health. Ayurvedic principles encompass a wide range of practices, including dietary guidelines, herbal remedies, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to individual constitution or prakriti. The goal of Ayurveda is to prevent illness, promote well-being, and restore balance when imbalances occur. This holistic approach to healthcare emphasizes the importance of personalized and natural methods to achieve optimal health and harmony.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is a comprehensive and ancient system of physical, mental, and spiritual practices that originated in ancient India. The word “yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root “yuj,” meaning to yoke or unite, reflecting its primary aim of fostering union between the individual consciousness and the universal consciousness. While yoga is often associated with physical postures or asanas, it encompasses a broader spectrum of practices, including breath control (pranayama), meditation, ethical principles (yamas and niyamas), and philosophical teachings. The diverse styles of yoga cater to various preferences and needs, ranging from vigorous and physically demanding forms like Ashtanga or Vinyasa to more meditative and gentle practices such as Hatha or Yin yoga. Beyond its physical benefits, yoga is revered for promoting mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth. It is a holistic approach to well-being that seeks to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, providing a path towards self-discovery and inner peace.

What is Jyotisha?

Jyotisha, often referred to as Vedic astrology, is a traditional system of astrology that originated in ancient India and is deeply rooted in Vedic literature. The term “Jyotisha” is derived from the Sanskrit words “jyoti,” meaning light, and “isha,” meaning lord or deity, collectively translating to the “science of light” or “knowledge of celestial lights.” Jyotisha involves the study and interpretation of celestial bodies’ positions, such as planets and stars, and their influence on human affairs and natural events. It comprises several branches, including Natal astrology (individual birth charts), Muhurta (electional astrology for selecting auspicious timings), and Mundane astrology (predicting events related to nations and the world). Jyotisha is deeply intertwined with Hindu philosophy and spirituality, and its practitioners use detailed mathematical calculations based on astronomical observations to provide insights into various aspects of an individual’s life, including health, relationships, and career.
